The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) was formed in 1975 as an umbrella not-for-profit organization in order to oversee The JUNO Awards (Canada’s Music Awards), MusiCounts (a music education charity helping to keep music alive in schools across the country) and the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.
Mashup founder Chris Stevenson sat on the steering committee formed to bring the Canadian Music Hall of Fame into the digital realm. Over the years, Mashup has worked with CARAS in helping their social media efforts by way of the strategic management of social media channels and by overseeing the Canadian Music Hall of Fame blog.
“In addition to helping to define and bring to life the digital home of the Canadian Music Hall of Fame, Mashup (formerly Ripple) has been a major force in building awareness and affinity for the brand through their excellent creative work. Mashup’s friendly and collaborative approach makes it feel like you’ve double the size of your marketing team—without doubling overhead. Highly Recoomended.”
